How it Works

Quick and easy via our ‘Fill My Prescription’ form.

Once your prescription is verified, we will email you an invoiced payment link

We dispense and post your prescription(s) with tracking details, or you can choose to collect in-store.
How long does delivery and postage take?
$10 postal service: Most packages arrive within 1-3 business days. Usually next business day for most eastern state major cities if orders are placed before 12pm.
Sydney-wide courier service: Please contact orders@enlivenliving.com.au or your local Enliven Pharmacy for rates and estimated time to arrive.
How will I know when my prescription is ready for collection?
We will send you an SMS notification once your prescription is ready for collection.
Do I need to bring my paper prescription in store to collect physical prescriptions?
Yes, please bring a physical copy of your prescription when picking up your order. Our pharmacy team must verify all paper prescriptions before dispensing medication.
Can I add special instructions to my order?
Yes! There is a section in the form where you can add notes or special instructions related to your prescription.
What happens if my medication is out of stock?
If your prescribed medication is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or expected restock times.
Can someone else collect my prescription on my behalf?
Yes, but they must bring the original paper prescription and may need to provide identification, depending on the medication type.
